In order to transfer domain ownership, the Registrant must provide an original application to Rucenter. Within 2 business days from the date of receipt, Rucenter will initiate the transfer process.
Confirmation of consent to accept the domain
The receiving party must confirm their consent to accept the domain on their profile page in the “Operations → Registrant change” section. This can be done either by the new Registrant or by the owner of the administrative contract.
Payment for Registrant Change service
The service “Registrant Change in .ru, .рф, .su, .net, .com, .org, .biz, .info, .cc, .tv, .me, .tel, .mobi, .name, .travel, .aero, .pro, .pp.ru, .net.ru, .org.ru, .com.ru, .exnet.su, .ru.net domains, geodomains, and domains under the New gTLD program” is paid.
Payment is made by either the receiving or the transferring party. If you work under an administrative contract, then the payment must be made by the owner of the administrative contract.
To pay for the Registrant Change service, you must make an advance payment to Rucenter’s account and agree to write off funds from your Personal Account for the Registrant Change service on your profile page in the “Operations → Registrant change” section.
