When transferring the form, the payment for services is made to the party receiving the form — to Rucenter or to the owner of the administrative contract. Form transfer does not entail a registrant change.

Transfer from an administrative contract to Rucenter
A formal letter or authorized request for transfer of services’ maintenance to Rucenter constitutes your agreement to the provisions of the Service Agreement and Service Schedules.
Transfer of all services to Rucenter
On request via Rucenter’s web-interface:
- sign in to your profile using the contract number and password, which you can check with the owner of the administrative contract;
- select “Operations → Switch to direct sponsorship”;
- click on “Transfer to Rucenter.”
The transfer is carried out automatically within one hour after the request. The Service Registrant and the owner of the administrative contract are notified of the changes made by e-mail.
By application from the Registrant:
Check with the administrative contract owner for your password and the identifier assigned to you when you signed the contract with the administrative contract owner. It matches your form number in the Rucenter database and has the following format: [number]/NIC-D
To transfer all services to the Registrant, you must provide an application:

Rules on drafting letters
A copy of the letter can be additionally sent to ru-ncc@nic.ru. The transfer is carried out within 2 business days after receiving the letter.
When service support is transferred from the administrative contract to Rucenter, all orders with the “Pending” status made by the administrative contract owner under your customer form will be canceled. After transferring to Rucenter, you will be able to place your own orders on the website.

When concluding a contract with the owner of the administrative contract, please provide the owner with your ID — it matches your form number in Rucenter and has the following format: [number]/NIC-D
