How can I access the website editor?

Go to your Personal Account on the https://www.nic.ru/, indicating your agreement number and password;
Select the «Website Builder» section in the «Active Services» menu;
Сlick the «Control Panel» button;
On the next page, click the «Go to website builder» button.
