  • Where are the data centers located?

    Servers are located in a data center in Moscow. The Russian data center is designed in accordance with the Tier-3 level of TIA-942 standard, equipped with high-capacity channels, and has a direct connection to the MSK-IX traffic exchange point.

  • Is it possible to try the hosting?

    Yes, you can try hosting with the "Site 3" plan enabled for RUB 1 for 30 days. A detailed description of the trial hosting is available here.

  • Can I switch from one plan to another?

    You can move to a higher-tier plan at any time, changing to a lower-tier one is only available when renewing virtual hosting.

  • What programming languages are supported?

    On virtual hosting, starting from "Site 2" price plan and above, there is support for PHP 5.2 - 5.6, 7.0 - 7.4, 8.0 — 8.1, Perl, and Python.

  • Can I order a dedicated IP address for hosting?

    On "Site 4" and all "Business" price plans, dedicated IPv4-address is free. On "Site 2" and "Site 3" plans it can be enabled for RUB 100.
