4 December | Sunrise Registration Launched in 7 More gTLDs

From December 3, 2013, Sunrise registration requests will be accepted for seven more domains: .CAMERA, .EQUIPMENT, .ESTATE, .GALLERY, .GRAPHICS, .LIGHTING and .PHOTOGRAPHY. Requests will be accepted until January 31, 2014.

This Sunrise period is open only for owners of trademarks included in the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH).

Requests will be accepted until the end of the Sunrise period and will be reviewed when it's over. If several requests are submitted for the same domain name, then Donuts Inc., administrator of these TLDs, will hold a private auction among the applicants.

Price of Sunrise domain name registration includes the fee for submitting a request (4,130 RUB) and the domain name registration fee.

Standard price of domain name registration:
.EQUIPMENT, .GALLERY, .GRAPHICS, .LIGHTING and .PHOTOGRAPHY — 1,200 RUB/year;
.ESTATE and .CAMERA — 1,830 RUB/year.

If the registry refuses to register a domain name, the applicant will get a refund for the registration fee, but the fee for submitting a request will not be refunded.

Note also that until January 24, 2014, Sunrise registration requests are being accepted for domain names in the TLDs SINGLES, GURU, CLOTHING, BIKE, PLUMBING, VENTURES and HOLDINGS.
