The contract can be terminate only after all services transfer to the clients or to another Partner!

1. Contract Nо- ___________/NIC-REG dated _________________ ___, 20__ shall be terminated on the date of signing of this Agreement by the Contractor.

2. Перевод поддержки всех услуг, включая доменные имена и дополнительные услуги, оказываемых третьим лицам на основании Договора No-___________/NIC-REG, осуществлен, при этом согласие администраторов услуг Заказчиком получено.

2. Support of all services, including domain names and additional services, provided to third parties under Contract Nо-_____________/NIC-REG was transferred and the registrants gave consent to the Customer.

3. Исполнитель возвращает Заказчику остаток денежных средств, не использованных на оказание услуг по Договору Nо- ___________/NIC-REG от "_____" ________________20__ г. Возврат остатка денежных средств осуществляется в срок не позднее 10 рабочих дней с даты подписания настоящего Соглашения Исполнителем, по следующим реквизитам:
