Authorization via Gosuslugi

To avoid entering the contract number and password when logging into your personal account, you can use your account on Gosuslugi for authorization - to do this, you need to link it to your contract in Rucenter.

Please note:

  • From May 14, 2024, authorization through Gosuslugi is available only for contracts of individuals and sole proprietors. Legal entities that linked their account on Gosuslugi to their contract in Rucenter before May 14, 2024, will also be able to log into their personal account through Gosuslugi.
  • Authorization through Gosuslugi is available only for contracts in Rucenter that have been identified through Gosuslugi.
  • Immediately after identification through Gosuslugi, authorization in your personal account is available using the account on Gosuslugi of the individual who was identified.
  • If additional security enhancement services such as "Two-factor authentication" and "IP address access restriction" are already connected for your Rucenter account, they will continue to work as before: the corresponding authentication check will be performed after successful authorization via Gosuslugi.
  • If more than one Rucenter account is linked to your Gosuslugi account, then when authorizing in your personal account via Gosuslugi, you will need to select the required contract from the list.
  • For an account with connected authorization via Gosuslugi, all other authorization options remain available: by contract number and password or EDS.
  • Connected authorization via Gosuslugi can be disabled - login by contract number and password, and other connected authorization methods will remain available for the account.

For a contract with passed identification via Gosuslugi, you can link any person's account for authorization - to do this, you first need to disable authorization via Gosuslugi for the "old" account, and then connect authorization under the "new" one.

How to enable authorization via "Gosuslugi"

  1. Log in to your personal account.
  2. Go to the "Account → Security Settings" section.
  3. Select "Authorization via "Gosuslugi"" and click "Pass identification and enable authorization".
  4. You will be redirected to the "Personal data" section, where you will need to pass the identification of the contract. To do this, click "Open Gosuslugi" on this page.
  5. After authorization in the Gosuslugi service, grant permission to Rucenter to receive information about your application.
  6. Identification of the contract may take some time, we will notify you of the result. After successful identification, authorization for the contract will be available using the account on Gosuslugi under which the identification was passed.

How to disable authorization via "Gosuslugi"

  1. Log in to your personal account.
  2. Go to the section "Account → Security settings".
  3. Select "Authorization via "Gosuslugi"" and click "Disable".
  4. Confirm the deactivation.
