Ban on Password Change Without Personal Presence

You may set a ban on changes of administrative password without personal presence of your entity’s representative or domain name registrant (if the agreement with Rucenter is signed by an individual or a sole trader).

To do that, you need to submit a request to perform actions related to change of administrative password only pursuant to letters signed personally at the Rucenter office by a specific representative of the entity or by a domain name registrant (if the agreement with Rucenter is signed by an individual or a sole trader).

For greater security, we recommend additionally set a ban on receiving administrative password via email for customer’s agreements (NIC-D) in the “Manage your account” section.
