Additional services include the following services of Rucenter:
- Hosting, Mail, Website Builder
- Virtual Dedicated Server (VDS)
- DNS Hosting, Secondary
- Protection of contact data
- Domain redirection, Mail redirection
If the validity period of the service has not been completed (the service has been paid for), its cancellation is made by an official letter from the service administrator.
At the same time, for services:
- Virtual Dedicated Server (VDS) and Hosting (including CMS hosting)
A part of the cost of the service is refunded to the personal account of the Administrator's agreement in proportion to the remaining number of days before the expiration of the VDS service and/or hosting service.
For other additional services:
The funds will not be refunded.
To opt out of additional services, the Administrator can:
- send to the address ru-bill@nic.ru an email indicating the service ID and the contract number.
In response, a link will be sent to confirm the right to administer the contract on which the service is located.
The service is cancelled within 2 business days from the date of receipt of confirmation of the rights to administer the contract.

General rules for processing letters
The information provided in the letter must match the information available in Ruсenter's database.
Documents can be delivered:
- By regular mail
- Bring it to the office of Rucenter
- Bring one of the regional representatives of Rucenter to the office
Copies of the letters can be faxed to: +7 (495) 009-00-22 or to ru-bill@nic.ru (the size of the attachment is no more than 10 MB).
The application is executed within two working days after receipt of the documents.
