Domain transfer from RU-CENTER to another registrar

For .РФ and .RU domains

• submit a request for the transfer code in the "Manage your account" section → Domain transfer;
• confirm the transfer.

Registrar change procedure cannot be performed in any of the following cases:

• less then 7 days before the end of the registration period;
• identification procedure is not passed;
• judicial or pre-trial restraints are established regarding the domain name;
• the domain administrator did not provide additional information at the request of RU-CENTER in the specified time;
• less than 30 days passed since the last ownership change;
• less than 30 days passed since the last registrar change.

For .MOSCOW, gTLDs, ccTLDs, .COM.RU, .RU.NET, .MSK.RU, .SPB.RU, and other geodomains

• check the domain status;
• get the transfer code.

For .SU, .NET.RU, .ORG.RU, and .PP.RU domains - submit originals of the following documents to RU-CENTER:

• for legal entities (RTF);
• for individuals and individual entrepreneurs (RTF).

The documents may be submitted:

1. By post: RU-CENTER, 2/1, 3d Khoroshevskaya str., Moscow, 123308, Russian Federation
2. Delivered to RU-CENTER office
3. delivery to the office of one of RU-CENTER's regional affiliates
