When agreements are transferred to a management agreement, payment for services is made from the account balance of the management agreement. The transfer of management of an agreement does not entail a change of a domain registrant.
To bring all services under single management
To transfer all services, the Registrant must submit an original application:
A legal entity's application form for bringing all services under single management.rtf
The original application can be brought to the Rucenter office or the offices of regional representatives or mailed to: JSC “Rucenter”, 2 Third Khoroshevskaya St., building 1, Moscow 123308.
A copy of the letter can be sent to ru-ncc@nic.ru. The transfer is carried out within 2 working days after receipt of the letter.
