IP-address Protection

If necessary, you can restrict access to your personal account by allowing authorization only from certain IP addresses.

To prohibit access to your personal account for all IP addresses except trusted ones, you can choose a method convenient for you:

1. In your personal account:

  • Log in to your personal account.
  • Go to the "Account" section → "Security settings" → "Restrict access by IP address".
  • Select "Allow only from listed IP addresses" and specify the list of IP addresses from which you allow authorization in your personal account.
  • Click "Save" for the changes to take effect.

2. By official letter

  • Draw up an official letter: for an individual and individual entrepreneur (RTF) (with notarization)

General rules for writing letters

The information provided in the letter must match the information available in the Rucenter database. A copy of the individual's passport (pages 2-3 and 5) must be attached to a letter from an individual.

Attention! To cancel the IP access restriction to your personal account, you must issue an official letter, indicating "cancellation of access restriction" as the action.

  • Bring the letter to the Rucenter office or send it by mail to the address: 123308, Russian Federation, Moscow, 3-ya Khoroshevskaya St., 2, building 1
  • Wait for confirmation of the installed filter

When the IP access restriction comes into effect, you will receive a letter from the Rucenter technical support service to the e-mail address specified in the agreement. We recommend setting up restrictions on devices with static (not dynamic) IP addresses. You can check with your provider what IP address your device has (static or dynamic).
