For online transfer of domain ownership, a Registrant should submit to Rucenter
The application shall have signature date and mobile phone number in it, whereas to enable online transfer Rucenter will send the security key to the number specified in the application.
Notarized online transfer application may be accepted by the registrar within 3 months since the date of its signature and notarization.
Documents may be submitted by:
- post to: 2/1, 3d Khoroshevskaya str., Moscow, 123308, Russian Federation
- delivery to Rucenter Office
- delivery to the office of one of RU-CENTER's regional affiliates
