The services are extended if there are funds in the personal account of the contract and there is no refusal to extend the services.
There are the following ways to extend:
- automatic renewal — enabled by default (services are extended one day before the expiration date if funds are available);
- early renewal ("Extend" mode) - available only for domains, for additional services (virtual hosting, DNS hosting, etc.), early renewal is not performed.
- Check the availability of services that require renewal.
- Make sure that there are enough funds in the personal account of the agreement.
- If necessary, top up your account and check the transfer of funds to the personal account of the agreement.

Special cases
Renewal of expired services
If the extension of the service is not paid for, its provision is suspended. In case of payment, the service will be resumed.
Activation of hosting services for unidentified clients
To extend hosting services, VDS and dedicated servers, the service administrator must be identified.
