Enabling this option makes it impossible to change the domain registrant or registrar without a personal visit by the current registrant of the Rucenter office.
To enable the option:
1. Log in to your personal account.
2. On the main page of your personal account, in the Active services section, select Domains.
3. Click on the link with the domain name for which you want to configure the option.
4. Go to the Security tab.
5. Go to the Restricting domain operations option and click Settings.
6. On the settings page, click Enable restrictions.
Disabling this option is only available in the personal presence of the domain administrator in the office of Rucenter.
