Transfer of domains to Rucenter if you enabled Multi-administration service
With respect to .su, net.ru, org.ru, and pp.ru domains:
A request to transfer a domain to Rucenter can be made either by the Registrant of the domain or the Registrant of the master agreement. You can create the request in your user account in the Order service → Transfer domain section.
With respect to .ru, .рф, gTLDs and ccTLDs:
Change of registrar for .ru, .рф, gTLDs and ccTLDs is subject to a fee. The Registrant of the master agreement is the initiator of the transfer. Payment for the transfer will be charged from the account of the master agreement.
To pay for the Registrar change service, the Registrant of the master agreement must make a prepayment to Rucenter and consent to debiting funds from the personal account of its agreement in the user account in the Order service → Transfer domain section.
Transfer of a gTLD or a ccTLD to Rucenter to be managed under a master agreement
- Registrant must
- using Whois service, check the domain status. If the domain has a clientTransferProhibited status, it will be necessary to contact the current registrar to unlock registrar change.
- Get registry authorization code from your current registrar (secret code).
- Registrant of the master agreement must
- fill in the client profile in the Agreement → Register a new client section;
- order Registrar change service in the Order service → Transfer domain → gTLDs and ccTLDs section;
- transfer funds to pay for Registrar change service.
- Rucenter reserves funds in the personal account of the master agreement and sends a request to the email address of the Registrant (administrative contact) specified in Whois (Admin Email).
- Registrant (administrative contact) must consent to the domain transfer to Rucenter by following the link from the email and providing the registry authorization code.
If no response is received within 5 days or authorization code is incorrect, Registrar change will be canceled, order deleted and the funds will be returned to the personal account of the master agreement and may be used to pay for other services.
- When a domain registrant gives its consent, Rucenter will initiate domain transfer procedure in the registry.
- Current domain registrar may send a request to a domain registrant to confirm the change of registrar.
- Current registrar upon obtaining consent will confirm domain transfer in the registry. Registry will transfer domain to Rucenter and notify registrars about effective changes. Registrar change procedure takes from 7 to 10 calendar days.
- If the registrar change procedure is completed successfully Rucenter will send notifications to contact email addresses stated in the master agreement. Domain registration period increases by 1 year, in that case total domain registration period may not exceed 10 (ten) years.
- If the change of registrar does not take place, the funds are returned to the personal account of the master agreement and can be used to pay for other services.

Registrar change procedure for gTLDs and ccTLDs is not performed in the following situations:
- less than 60 days passed from the date of registration or change of the domain Registrar;
- less than 60 days passed from the last registrar change;
- less than 60 days passed from the transfer of rights or change of registrant's email address;
- the domain is locked by the registry or current registrar.
