The transfer of rights to all types of SSL certificates is not carried out.
If you need to transfer the rights to the domain and additional services at the same time, you must provide an official letter to Rucenter.
The transfer of rights to additional services is carried out by an official letter from the Administrator:
The information provided in the letter must match the information available in Rucenter's database. The letter must be on the letterhead of the organization, with the seal of that organization.
Copies of the letters can be sent by e-mail.
After receiving an official letter from Rucenter, changes to the database will be made within two business days. You will be informed about the relevant changes at the contact addresses specified in the contract.
