If the Administrator of the .ru, .su, .рф domain or the third-level domain is a legal entity, then information about the company name in English is available in Whois.
Contact information for the .ru and .рф
Contact the Administrator of the .ru and .рф domains can use the Whois service's feedback form. The message sent through this form is sent to the e-mail specified on the Contract page in the personal account. The administrator can set a different address to receive messages via the feedback form. For this:
1. Log in to your personal account, specifying the contract number and password.
2. Select Operations → Review and update data on services.
3. On the page that opens, select the domain and click Individual contacts → Change.
4. Check the box Use Individual Contacts for a Domain.
5. Fill in the Phone, E-mail and Fax fields. Click Save Changes.
Contact information for domains .su and third-level domains
By default, the Domain Administrator's contact information specified in the questionnaire is open in the Whois service. To protect this data from illegal actions (spam or hacking), we recommend that you provide other contact information for public publication. For this:
1. Log in to your personal account, specifying the contract number and password.
2. Select Operations → Review and update data on services.
3. On the page that opens, select the domain and click Individual contacts → Change.
4. Check the box Use Individual Contacts for a Domain.
5. Fill in the Phone, E-mail and Fax fields. Click Save Changes.
Massive data changes for .ru, .su, .рф and third-level domains
The possibility of mass data changes for .ru, .su, .рф and third-level domains is available in the personal account. The service is provided to make identical changes to the entire list of selected domains .ru, .su, .рф and third-level domains.
The following actions are available for the list of selected domains:
- changing the list of DNS servers;
- changing the domain description for the Whois service;
- changing the display of personal data in Whois (available only for individuals);
- changing the status of the service (enable/disable the service).
These changes can be made in the personal account → Active Services → Domains → Bulk update for .ru, .su, .рф.
