If the Administrator of the .ru, .su, .рф or third-level domain is an individual, then his personal data is hidden in the Whois search services in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". The person field of the Whois service displays the Private Person status.
You can contact the .ru and .рф domain Administrator via the Whois service feedback form. A message sent via this form is sent to the e-mail specified on the Contract page in your personal account. The Administrator can specify a different address for receiving messages via the feedback form. To do this:
1. Log in to your personal account, specifying the agreement number and password.
2. Select Operations → View and change data.
3. On the page that opens, select the domain and click the link Individual contacts → Edit.
4. Check the Use individual contact details for the domain in Whois box.
5. Fill in the Phone, E-mail and Fax fields. Click the Save changes button.
By default, the Whois service displays the contact information of the Domain Administrator specified in the contract. To protect this data from illegal actions (spam or hacking), we recommend that you specify other contact information for publication in the public domain. To do this:
1. Log in to your personal account, specifying the contract number and password.
2. Select Operations → View and change data.
3. On the page that opens, select the domain and click the link Individual contacts → Edit.
4. Check the box Use individual contact information for the domain in Whois.
5. Fill in the Phone, E-mail and Fax fields. Click the Save changes button.
The personal account has the ability to make bulk changes to data for .ru, .su, .рф and third-level domains. The service is provided for making identical changes to the entire list of selected .ru, .su, .рф and third-level domains.
