For the domain, hosting or extra services transfer from Account to Account (without Registrant change):

1. The losing party should submit a request from the «Manage your account» section → «Domain transfer».
2. The request will be handled by operator. The results will be sent on contact e-mails.

Domain, hosting and extra services’ transfer to Rucenter partner (without registrant change) can be implemented by an official letter from the customer is required.
