On November 15, new registration, renewal and change of registrar fees for .to, .ht, .as, and .my domains, as well as new registration and renewal fees for .az, .ms, and .ph domains, will come into effect. On November 10, Addendum 1 to the Schedule 1/17 will be modified.

Due to the changes, new versions of the following documents will come into effect:
