In November 2013, RU-CENTER starts accepting requests for Sunrise registration in the new top-level domains launching under the New gTLD program. More than 700 new TLDs will soon be launched.
From November 26, 2013, Sunrise registration requests will be accepted for the following domains: .SINGLES, .GURU, .CLOTHING, .BIKE, .PLUMBING, .VENTURES and .HOLDINGS. Requests will be accepted until January 24, 2014.
From December 3, 2013, Sunrise registration requests will be accepted for seven more domains: .CAMERA, .EQUIPMENT, .ESTATE, .GALLERY, .GRAPHICS, .LIGHTING and .PHOTOGRAPHY. Requests will be accepted until January 31, 2014.
Please note that this Sunrise period is open only for owners of trademarks included in the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH).
Requests will be accepted until the end of the Sunrise period and will be reviewed when it's over. If several requests are submitted for the same domain name, then Donuts Inc., administrator of these TLDs, will hold a private auction among the applicants.
Price of Sunrise domain name registration includes the fee for submitting a request (4,130 RUB) and the domain name registration fee.
Standard price of domain name registration:
.EQUIPMENT, .GALLERY, .GRAPHICS, .LIGHTING and .PHOTOGRAPHY - 1,200 RUB/year;
.SINGLES, .GURU, .CLOTHING, .BIKE, .PLUMBING, .ESTATE and .CAMERA - 1,830 RUB/year;
.VENTURES and .HOLDINGS - 3,030 RUB/year.
If the registry refuses to register a domain name, the applicant will get a refund for the registration fee, but the fee for submitting a request will not be refunded.
Due to the launch of Sunrise domain name registration under the New gTLD program, the Addenda to the Multiple Services Contract will be modified accordingly.
