of Party Change under Contract No ________________ dated "__" ________ 20__

Autonomous Non-profit Organization "Regional Network Information Center" (RU-NIC) represented by its __________________, ___________________________________________, acting on the basis of the ______________________________________________________________, as one party, and Joint Stock Company "Regional Network Information Center" (JSC RU-CENTER) represented by its General Director, Nikolay Petrovich Molibog, acting on the basis of the Articles of Association, as the second party, and RF citizen __________________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer", as the third party, collectively called the "Parties", have entered into this trilateral Agreement as follows:

1. RU-NIC shall, voluntarily and with consent granted by the other two Parties to this Agreement, disclaim all the rights and obligations of RU-NIC related to the implementation of Contract No. ________ dated "___" _________ 20 __ (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) concluded between RU-NIC and _________________________________________________________________________, and delegates the above rights and obligations of RU-NIC since the date on which the terms and conditions hereof are accepted by the Customer under para 7 hereinbelow.
2. RU-NIC shall, voluntarily and with consent granted by the other two Parties to this Agreement, assume all the rights and obligations of RU-NIC related to the implementation of the Contract, as well as any accounts receivable under the services provided by RU-NIC under the above Contract, but not paid for, since the date on which the terms and conditions hereof are accepted by the Customer under para 6 hereinbelow.
3. The Customer shall entrust RU-NIC to transfer in favor of JSC RU-CENTER any monies paid by the Customer for providing any services under the said Contract and not used by RU-NIC as a payment for any services provided as of the date on which the terms and conditions hereof are accepted by the Customer under para 7 hereinbelow.
4. The Customer entrusts RU-NIC to transfer support of all domains names registered under No ________________ from "__" ________ 20__ to JSC RU-CENTER as the registrar, registrar's partner or an entity engaged with the registrar's partner, subject to the TLD in which domains registration services were provided.
5. RU-NIC commits itself to transferring in favor of JSC RU-CENTER all the documents needed for the implementation of the above Contract on the date when the terms and conditions hereof are accepted by the Customer under para 8 hereinbelow.
6. RU-NIC and _______________________________________ hereto accept the new version of the Contract since the date of accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The new version of the Contract is enacted forming an inalienable part thereto.
7. All the three Parties hereto have, voluntarily agreed to consider the signature of this offer as acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
8. All the three Parties hereto have agreed to set the date of accepting the terms and conditions by the Customer under para 7 hereinabove as the date indicated in this Agreement by the latter of the Parties hereto. The Customer undertakes to sign and submit to RU-NIC and JSC RU-CENTER the Agreement by post, fax, e-mail, etc.
