By default, the domain administrator's contact information is hidden for viewing in the Whois service.
You can contact the domain administrator through the Whois-feedback form.
The message sent via the feedback form is sent to the e-mail address specified in the domain administrator's form. An administrator can specify a different address for receiving messages via the feedback form. To do this you need:
- enter the "Manage your account" section;
- in "Services" select "Review and update data";
- choose the service (Domain name registration);
- in "Parameters" select "Whois information";
- assign new contacts in form: phone, e-mail, fax;
- save the changes.
Public viewable Whois listings display Registrant's form records by default. For public display we recommend to reconfigure these data to make it spam or theft protected.
To reconfigure contact details for the previously registered domain names in SU TLDs and third level domains the user will be required to:
- enter the "Manage your account" section;
- in "Services" select "Review and update data";
- choose the service (Domain name registration);
- in "Parameters" select "Whois information";
- assign new contacts in form: phone, e-mail, fax;
- save the changes.
For newly registered domains phone, e-mail, fax may be indicated in process of order placement.
