Editing feedback forms

Feedback forms allow you to create your own form for collecting information from visitors of your website.

Creating a simple question form

1. Click on the Form icon or drag it to the area where you want to place it.

Or click «+» on the layout border.

2. Select the template form you want and go the form’s properties.

3. Here you can change the amount of fields, their names, answer options, and the button text.

4. Addresses for sending and receiving letters and their contents.

5. Don’t forget to enable reCAPTCHA to avoid spam.

6. Сonfigure the email sending using SMTP authentication. 

Specify SMTP authentication data:

SMTP host: the address of an email service provider's server, e.g., "mail.nic.ru".

SMTP port: depends on the selected encryption type or provider's recommendations.

Standard ports: 25 ; 587 without encryption. 465 TLS/SSL.

SMTP user name: the address of the mailbox from which emails will be sent.

SMTP password: mailbox password.
