Enabling Trustee Service
Activating the Service
1. Log in to your Profile.
2. On the main page, click "Learn More" on the "Trustee Service" banner.
3. In the list of domains, check the boxes next to the domains for which you wish to activate the service. Then, click the "Activate for Selected" button.
4. Review your order and proceed to payment.
Validity Period and Required Documents
The service remains active until the expiration of the domain registration period and is automatically renewed along with it.
Within 7 days of activating the service, you must electronically submit documents verifying your identity:
- a copy of your passport accompanied by a notarized translation into Russian, or documents bearing an apostille — depending on your country of residence;
- for stateless persons — a residence permit.
If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, domain delegation will be suspended until they are received.
