Yes. The “Trusted Administrator” service is activated separately for each domain.
You can manage the domain yourself as usual — no additional interaction with a trusted administrator is required.
No. The mechanism has long been used to register domains in national zones with requirements for local presence or administrator identification. Previously, similar models were used to register foreign domains — for example, .eu — through international registrar partners. Now such a service is available for the domains .ru, .рф and .su.
Yes. Your rights are secured by agreement, and Rucenter guarantees the protection of the domain from any actions without your consent.
