Issuance and Transfer of Documents to RU-CENTER for legal entities

To transfer domain ownership, a Registrant should submit to RU-CENTER:

• ownership transfer original letter (rtf)

Please pay attention to general rules of letter issuance.

Documents may be submitted by:

1. post to: RU-CENTER, 2/1, 3d Khoroshevskaya str., Moscow, 123308, Russian Federation
2. delivery to RU-CENTER Office
3. delivery to the office of one of RU-CENTER's regional affiliates

Specific cases:

• If domain ownership is transferred to the director of the organization-transferor.
• If the letter is issued by the person other than head of organization.
• If domain ownership is transferred by the branch office.
• If domain ownership is transferred by a foreign company representative office.
• If the Entity transferring .RU domain ownership is not an identified customer.
• If the domain is transferred by the managing company
