Issuing certificates validating domains and their owners (OV certificates) and certificates with extended validation (EV certificates) requires an electronic copy of the legal entity registration certificate.
Electronic copies of documents are accepted in the following formats: jpg, png, gif, and pdf. In the process of certificate order verification, a Certification Authority is entitled to request any additional information if supplied data is not sufficient to perform full-scale validation.
One of the stages of company data confirmation prior to issuing OV and EV certificates is a phone call to customer's company. To receive a test phone call, a company should have an account with one of the following websites: dnb.ru, 2gis.ru, yp.ru or ru.compass.com. The account should contain the full name of an entity (in accordance with the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities), its legal address, and valid phone number.
