Domain Name Purchase means acquisition of domain name ownership right.
Domain Name Sale means transfer of domain name ownership right.
Domain name administration right auction (Auction) means organizational activities aimed at preparing and holding open Bidding for the right to administrate the domain name put up for sale by the Seller, determining the Auction Winner, and transferring the domain name to the Auction Winner.
Bidding means publication of information about the domain name by the Organizer in the list of domain names for sale and registration of Participants' Bids in the auction.
Organizer means Joint Stock Company "Regional Network Information Center" (RU-CENTER).
Seller means the Registrant of the domain name wishing to sell it on the most favorable terms.
Buyer means an individual or a legal entity wishing to buy a domain name at an Auction in accordance with the terms of this Schedule who reached out to the Organizer for that purpose.
Bidder means Buyer taking part in the Auction. Bidders may also include individuals or legal entities defined as "Buyers" in the Domain Name Auction Schedule (addendum to the Multiple Services Contract, NIC-REG index), who reached out to the Organizer's Partner for holding the Auction.
Auction Winner means a winning Bidder (Bidder that placed the Best Bid).
Order means an application of the Seller or the Buyer in the form, as set out by the Organizer, containing information necessary to hold an Auction.
Letter means a written authorization issued by the Seller to the Organizer for representing the Seller's interests before the Buyers in the process of holding an Auction for domain name administration right and transferring the domain name to the Auction Winner. In this Schedule, the “Letter” also means a letter with all the mandatory addenda, including the Application.
Deposit means monetary funds deposited by the Buyer for the purpose of ensuring the performance of its obligations.
Starting Price means the price from which the domain name Bidding starts.
Blitz-Price means the price for which domain name can be sold before the end of Bidding.
Bid means an offer of domain name purchase by the Bidder. Bids at the Auction are set by the Bidders in conventional money units and include taxes.
Best Bid means a maximum Bid out of all Bidders' bids.
Second Bid means the second-best Bid.
Auction Increment means an interval within which the Buyer may increase the Bid. (within a range of 20 (twenty) to 50 (fifty) conventional money units).
Domain Name Price means a sum of money that includes taxes and the Organizer's Fee paid by the Auction Winner for buying a domain name. Domain Name Price equals the Auction Winner's Best Bid.
Registry means the central database of a corresponding gTLD, which contains information about registered domain names and corresponding DNS servers, as well as other information required for the registration and delegation of domains.

• Domain Registration Schedule in .RU and .РФ TLDs (Schedule 1/1 to the Service Agreement);
• Domain Registration Schedule in .SU TLD (Schedule 1/5 to the Service Agreement);
• Third-Level Domains Registration Schedule (Schedule 1/15 to the Service Agreement);
• Landrush and General Availability Registration Schedule under New gTLD Program (Schedule 1/30-2 to the Service Agreement)
• gTLD and foreign ссTLD Registration Schedule (Schedule 1/7 to the Service Agreement).
2.1. The "Domain Name Auction" service (an auction for the right to administer a domain name) is provided by the Organizer to the Seller and is aimed at performing the following actions by the Organizer in the Seller's name and at the Seller's expense, which result in domain name administration right transfer from the Seller to the Auction Winner:
a) organizing and holding Bidding for a domain name, determining the Auction Winner;
b) getting the domain name price from the Auction Winner;
c) deducting and transferring an income tax on behalf of the Seller to the budget of the Russian Federation in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code (in the event that the Seller is an individual that has not presented information about its registration as an individual entrepreneur);
d) transferring money for the domain name sale to the Seller’s bank account using details specified by the it (domain name price less income tax and the Organizer’s Fee);
e) entering the record of domain name registration to the Auction Winner in the Registry after the Organizer receives the full domain name cost from the Auction Winner.
2.2. The Seller accepts the terms of this Schedule by sending a Letter by July 11, 2016 to the Organizer on the domain name sale, and the Buyer accepts this Schedule by placing an order for taking part in the Auction on the Organizer's web-server auction.nic.ru located at the following address: http://auction.nic.ru/
2.3. The Seller and the Buyer acknowledge the legal effect of notices and messages sent by the Organizer to e-mail addresses specified by them in the service agreement, Letter, and other documents. Such notices and messages are equivalent to messages and notices made in writing and sent to the addresses of the Buyer and the Seller. The Organizer, the Buyer, and the Seller, in case of any disagreements over delivery and receipt of messages, as well as the time of delivery, message content, agree to deem evidence of the Organizer's archive service accurate and final for the settlement of disputes between the said parties.
2.4. The Organizer, the Buyer, and the Seller agree that a domain name sale deal between the Seller and the Buyer is considered closed in writing on the terms hereof from the date of domain name registration in the Registry to the Buyer's name, subject to the Buyer paying for domain name purchase in full.
2.5. The Organizer shall inform the Seller of service delivery by e-mail sent to the Seller's address. If any substantiated objections from the Seller executed in writing and sent by mail fails to reach the Organizer within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of the delivery of the abovementioned e-mail by the Organizer, the service rendered by the Organizer to the Seller shall be deemed accepted by the Seller.
2.6. The Auction for domain name administration right is an open auction, i.e. thoughout Bidding anyone can become a Buyer.
2.7. A domain name put up for the Auction cannot be removed from the Auction during this period, and no Bidding terms can be changed, unless contemplated otherwise by this Schedule.
2.8. During the Auction, no Registrant change and Registrar change shall take place in relation to the domain name put up for the Auction.
2.9. Before domain name is transferred to the Auction Winner, the Registrant shall maintain the domain name administration right and be solely responsible for potential infringements of the rights of trademark owners and other items covered by exclusive rights.
2.10. The Organizer reserves the right to remove a domain name from the Auction before a record about domain name registration to the Auction Winner is entered in the Registry in the following cases:
a) there are doubts about the reliability of the documents or information provided by the Seller or the Auction Winner;
b) if at least one of the domain names specified in the Letter:
• is a subject of a legal proceedings, subject to the Organizer having appropriate evidence of the domain name being a subject of legal proceedings;
• is deleted from the Registry;
• is not supported by the Organizer as a Registrar;
• is not administered by the Seller;
• is included in the Stop-list.
c) it is impossible to transfer domain name rights to the Auction Winner due to the reasons stipulated by the following documents:
• Domain Registration Schedule in .RU and .РФ TLDs (Schedule 1/1 to the Service Agreement);
• Domain Registration Schedule in .SU TLD (Schedule 1/5 to the Service Agreement);
• Third-Level Domains Registration Schedule (Schedule 1/15 to the Service Agreement);
• Landrush and General Availability Registration Schedule under New gTLD Program (Schedule 1/30-2 to the Service Agreement)
• gTLD and foreign ссTLD Registration Schedule (Schedule 1/7 to the Service Agreement),
d) in other cases that could lead to infringement of third-Party rights.
e) if the Organizer believes that the domain nameincludes words contradictory to public interests, human and moral principles, specifically, obscene language, profanities, or defamatory words, etc.
f) if a Letter on the Domain name sale is executed after August 10, 2016.
2.11. In the event that the service is rendered due to ay circumstances listed in Clause 2.10 hereof, the Auction Winner shall have no obligation to pay for it, whereby:
a) the Deposit shall be released in the Buyer's personal account and may be repaid on the basis of an official request containing the recipient's bank details;
b) in the event that the Auction Winner has paid for domain name purchase, the full amount may be repaid on the basis of an official request containing the recipient's bank details.
2.12. From the moment a record Is made about domain name registration to the Auction Winner in the Registry, provisions of the following documents shall apply to the Auction Winner:
a) "Domains Registration Schedule in .RU and .РФ TLDs" (Schedule 1/1 to the Service Agreement);
b) "Domains Registration Schedule in .SU TLD" (Schedule 1/5 to the Service Agreement).
c) "Third-level Domains Registration Schedule" (Schedule 1/15 to the Service Agreement);
d) "Landrush and General Availability Registration Schedule under New gTLD Program" (Schedule 1/30-2 to the Service Agreement); e) "gTLD and foreign ccTLD Registration Schedule" (Schedule 1/7 to the Service Agreement).
2.13. The Organizer shall, at its own discretion, be entitled to determine which comments made by the Buyer in respect of the domain name to publish, as well as attribute a domain name to any category or section. The Buyer is solely responsible for the content of comments to the domain name published by it.
2.14. All matters related to the use of domain name, including website design and publication, publishing website content, assignment, and other actions that fall outside the scope hereof, shall not be regulated by this Schedule or have any bearing on the Organizer.
3. PUTTING DOMAIN NAME UP FOR AUCTION
3.1. Terms of providing the "Domain Name Auction" service
3.1.1. Sellers on the Auction can only be:
• legally capable individuals being Russian residents and having permanent residence in the Russian Federation;
• legal entities constituted under the laws of the Russian Federation and registered on the territory of the Russian Federation;
• individuals registered as individual entrepreneurs under the laws of the Russian Federation and having permanent residence in the Russian Federation.
3.1.2. Only the domain names for which the Registrar is the Organizer and the Registry requires no additional information about the Buyer may be put up for the Auction.
3.1.3. The Organizer shall put a domain name up for the Auction, subject to the following conditions:
a) the Seller placing an Auction Order for domain name administration right on the web-server auction.nic.ru;
b) the Seller providing a Letter to the Organizer (and the Application thereto, if necessary), executed no later than August 10, 2016;
c) domain name registration being valid for at least 2 (two) months from the date of placing the domain name to Bidding;
d) as of the date of putting the domain name up for Bidding, the passing of the least required period from the date of the last Registrant or Registrar change, if any:
• 30 (thirty) calendar days for .RU and .РФ domains;
• 60 (sixty) calendar days for .SU and third-level domains. 3.1.4. The Organizer may refuse to put the domain name up for the Auction if any of the events described in Clause 2.10 of this Schedule occur.
3.2. Ordering the "Domain Name Auction" service
3.2.1. The Auction Order (hereinafter, the "Auction Order") is formed by the Seller on the web-server auction.nic.ru. The Organizer accepts Auction Orders until September 10, 2016 inclusive. Auction Orders received after September 10, 2016 shall not be processed by the Organizer or deemed as grounds for provision of services to Sellers according to this Schedule. The Auction Order that wasn’t taken up for processing within 3 (three) months from the date of its receipt by the Organizer shall be canceled by the Organizer.
3.2.2. When placing an Auction Order, the Seller shall set the terms for Bidding at the Auction:
Minimum Cost (a required parameter) means a minimum sum of money for which the Seller agrees to sell the domain name. This parameter shall be specified in the order in conventional money units, net of taxes.
The Starting Price shall be formed by adding the Organizer’s Fee and Minimum Cost, including tax.
By setting the Minimum Cost, the Seller gives its complete and unconditional consent to sell the domain name for this sum of money pursuant to this Schedule. The Seller shall not be entitled to dispute the cost in the future or refuse to sell the domain name for the said amount.
Blitz-Cost (an optional parameter) means a sum of money for which the Seller agrees to sell the domain name before the end of Bidding. This parameter shall be specified in the order in conventional money units, net of taxes.
The Blitz-Price during Bidding shall be formed by adding the Organizer’s Fee and Blitz-Cost, including tax. Buyers are always notified of the availability of a Blitz-Price.
By setting the Blitz-Cost, the Seller gives its complete and unconditional consent to sell the domain name for this sum of money pursuant to this Schedule. The Seller shall not be entitled to dispute the cost in the future or refuse to sell the domain name for the said amount.
3.2.3. Bidding terms set by the Seller in the Auction Order may not be changed after the Auction Order is formed.
3.2.4. An Auction Order may be canceled by the Seller before the said Order is processed.
3.3. The Letter
3.3.1. The Organizer shall put up for bidding the domain names registered to the Seller's name and specified in the Letter and transfer them to the Auction Winner in accordancewith the terms of this Schedule. Requirements for the form and contents of the Letter, the procedure for its execution, and the circumstances when the Application needs to be compiled shall be available on the Organizer's web- server auction.nic.ru (in the "Sell Domain Name” section , the link "Sell Domain Name at an Auction").
3.3.2. If the Letter expires, domain name may be put up for Auction by way of the Seller ordering a new "Domain Name Auction" service and providing a new Letter to the Organizer.
3.4. Holding a repeat Auction
3.4.1. If the domain name has not been sold at the preceding Auction, a repeat Auction shall only be possible before July 11, 2016 and shall take place automatically but not before the expiration of 3 (three) calendar days after the end of the preceding Auction subject to the following:
a) the Seller agreeing to hold a repeat Auction;
b) there being at least 2 (two) months before the Letter expiration date;
c) as of the launch of the repeat Auction, there being at least 2 (two) months until domain name expiration date. A repeat Auction may not take place after July 11, 2016.
3.4.2. The Seller may specify new Bidding terms determined by Clause 3.2.2 of this Schedule before the beginning of the repeat Auction. If the Seler fails to set new Bidding terms, the repeat Auction shall be held on the terms and conditions of the previous Auction.
3.4.3. The Seller may refuse to take part in the repeat Auction before its beginning. The refusal shall be made via the web-server auction.nic.ru (the "My auctions” section, the link "Domain names auction: Seller Profile"). The Seller may restore its consent to a repeat Auction at any time, whereby the Auction shall be held subject to the performance of the terms and conditions stipulated in Clause 3.4.1 of this Schedule.
4.1. Terms of participating in an Auction
a) The Buyer has formed an order for participation in the domain name Auction (hereinafter, "Auction Participation Order") on the web-server auction.nic.ru, whereby the Organizer provides no guarantees of the execution of the Auction Participation Order if the Seller forms the said Order less than 2 (two) hours before the end of Bidding;
b) a sum sufficient to make a Deposit is availab;e in the Buyer's personal account. The procedure for making a deposit to the personal account is given on the Organizer's web-server at https://www.nic.ru/dns/payment.
4.2. Auction Participation Order
4.2.1. Auction Participation Order shall be formed by the Buyer on the web-server auction.nic.ru (in the "My auctions” section, the link "Domain Auction: Buyer Profile").
4.2.2. In the process of forming a Auction Participation Order, the Buyer shall set initial terms of its participation in the Bidding:
Bid (a required parameter). Only integer number may be specified as a Bid. A Bid shall be specified in a Auction Participation Order in conventional money units and includes taxes.
A Bid may be:
a) equal to the Starting Price;
b) exceed the Starting Price on the value within the Auction Increment;
c) equal to the Blitz-Price, if any.
Maximum bid (an optional parameter) means a request to the Organizer to increase the Buyer's Bid automatically during Bidding. The Organizer shall increase the Bid within the minimum Auction Increment and only if the Buyer's Bid is not the Best Bid. The Maximum bid shall be specified in the Auction Participation Order in conventional money units and includes taxes.
4.3. Deposit
4.3.1. the Deposit for participation in the Auction shall be made by the Buyer for every domain name in order to ensure the performance of its obligations.
4.3.2. Deposit Amount
a) The Deposit for residents shall be set in rubles and equal RUB 1,500 (one thousand five hundred rubles), including taxes.
b) The Deposit for non-residents shall be USD 59 (fifty nine U.S. dollars, including taxes. 4.3.3. The Deposit shall be deemed credited after the amount specified in Clause 4.3.2 of this Schedule is allocated in the Buyer's personal account. The procedure for making a Deposit to the personal account is described on the Organizer's web-server at https://www.nic.ru/dns/payment.
4.3.4. Using the Deposit
a) If the Buyer becomes the Auction Winner and pays for domain name purchase in full, the Deposit shall be released in the Buyer's personal account and may be repaid on the basis of the official request containing the beneficiary’s bank details.
b) The Deposit may be debited as payment for the domain name on the following conditions:
• The Auction Winner paying for domain name purchase by a wire transfer to the personal account;
• The Auction Winner acknowledging its consent with the use of the Deposit as payment for the service on the auction.nic.ru web server in the "My auctions" section.
c) Ifthe Buyer becomes the Auction Winner and fails to pay for the domain name purchase in accordance with the terms of this Schedule, the Deposit shall be debited from the Buyer's personal account as payment for the Organizer's expenses for holding an Auction.
d) Provided that the Buyer's Maximum Bid is the Second Bid at the end of Bidding, then subject to the Auction Winner paying for the domain name purchase, the Deposit shall be released in the Buyer's personal account. The Deposit may be returned to the Buyer on the basis of an official request containing the beneficiary’s bank details.
e) Should the Buyer's Maximum Bid not be the Best Bid or the Second Bid t the end of Bidding, the Deposit shall be released in the Buyer's personal account within an hour after the end of Bidding and may be returned on the basis of an official request containing the beneficiary’s bank details.
5.1. A notice about Bidding shall be made by the Organizer after the Seller fulfills the terms of putting the domain name up for in accordance with Clause 3.1 of this Schedule. A notice shall be sent within 24 (twenty four) hours prior to the start of Bidding by means of publishing information about the Bidding terms and timeframe on the web-server auction.nic.ru. 5.2. Bidding timeframe
5.2.1. The time of the commencement and end of Bidding for each domain name shall be determined by the Organizer and published on the web-server auction.nic.ru. The period of Bidding shall be 20 (twenty) calendar days.
5.2.2. Bidding may be extended from the end date of Bidding specified on the web-server auction.nic.ru if less than 5 (five) minutes have passed from the time of the last Bid. In this case, Bidding shall take place until the time between participants' Bids exceeds 5 (five) minutes.
5.2.3. During Bidding, the Organizer shall be entitled to extend Bidding past the Bidding end date specified on the web-server auction.nic.ru. In this case, a notice about the extension of Bidding shall be given by the Organizer by means of publishing respective information on the web-server auction.nic.ru or www.nic.ru. Information on the web-server auction.nic.ru (in the "My auctions” section) shall be available when service agreement authorization is used.
5.2.4. Bidding may be completed prematurely if the domain name is sold for a Blitz-Price.
5.3. Bid change
5.3.1. Bid change shall be made by the Buyer on the web-server auction.nic.ru (in the "My auctions” section, the link "Domain Auction: Buyer Profile").
5.2.3. Bid value:
a) a Bid shall exceed the Best Bid by the Auction Increment;
b) a Bid may be equal to the Blitz-Price, if any.
Only integer number may be specified as a Bid.
5.3.3. During Bidding, the Buyer may change the value of the Maximum bid:
a) by setting the value of the Maximum Bid;
b) by changing the value of the Maximum Bid;
c) by removing the Maximum bid. Use of the Maximum Bid shall be determined in accordance with Clause 4.2.2 of this Schedule.
5.4. Buyer's Bidding cancelation
The Buyer may cancel its participation in Bidding during the Bidding only if the Bid submitted by it is not the Best Bid or the Second bid out of all Bids. Cancelation of participation in Bidding shall be made by the Buyer on the web-server auction.nic.ru (in the "My auctions” section, the link "Domain Auction: Buyer Profile"), whereby the Deposit allocated in the Buyer's personal account shall be released and may be returned to the Buyer on the basis of an official request containing the beneficiary’s bank details. Should the Buyer cancel participation in Bidding, it shall not be entitled to re-enter the ongoing Bidding for the domain.
5.5. Bidding with only one Buyer shall be void. In this case, the Organizer shall be entitled a right, on the basis of the Seller's Letter, to transfer the domain name to that Buyer, provided that it fulfills the provisions of the Schedule in respect of the Auction Winner.
6.1. Determining the Auction Winner
6.1.1. At the end of Bidding, the Organizer determines the Auction Winner and the Buyer that made the Second Bid. In case of equal Bids by two Buyers, the Buyer whose Bid was registered first in Bidding shall have priority.
6.1.2. At the end of Bidding the Organizer shall send notifications containing information about the end of Bidding by means of communication channels to the Seller, the Buyers, and the Auction Winner.
6.1.3. The Auction Winner shall pay for domain name purchase according to Clause 7 of this Schedule.
6.1.4. If the Auction Winner fails to perform its payment obligations, the right to purchase the domain name shall be given to the Buyer that made the Second Bid from the date on which the Organizer sends a corresponding notifice to the Buyer by means of communication channels. In this case, the Buyer that made the Second Bid shall become the Auction Winner, and provisions of this Schedule in respect of the Auction Winner shall apply to it. The Organizer notifies the Buyer about that fact by means of communication channels.
6.1.5. In the event that the Auction Winner that made the Second Bid fails to perform payment obligations, the Auction is considered completed.
6.2. Domain name transfer to the Auction Winner
The Organizer shall transfer the domain name to the Auction Winner (makes a record about domain name registration to the Auction Winner's name in the Registry) no later than 3 (three) business days from the day when the Auction Winner performs payment obligations, whereby the domain name expiration date shall remain unchanged. From the date the record is made in the Registry about domain name transfer to the Auction Winner, the rights and obligations of the domain name registrant shall become applicable to it.
6.3. The Organizer shall transfer the funds payable to the Seller in accordance with Clause 7 of this Schedule.
6.4. If the domain name is not sold, the Organizer shall inform the Seller by means of communication channels about the Auction closing within 1 (one) day after the closing.
7.1. This section contains provisions specifying the payment procedure for the "Domain Name Auction" service, which the Seller, the Buyer, and the Organizer shall use in the event of any conflict with the provisions of the section "Cost of services and payment procedure" of the Service Agreement.
7.2. Equivalent of a conventional money unit
7.2.1. Ruble equivalent of a conventional money unit for the purposes of this Schedule shall be equal to a ruble equivalent of USD 1 (one U.S. dollar), as set by the Bank of Russia as of the date of Bidding close.
7.2.2. Dollar equivalent of a conventional money unit for the aims of this Schedule is specified equal to a ruble equivalent of USD 1 (one)
7.3. Taxes are determined according to the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
7.4. The Organizer's fee for holding the Auction (the Organizer’s Fee) shall equal 7% (seven percent) of the Domain Name Price (including taxes).
7.5. Domain Name Price
7.5.1. Domain Name Price for residents shall be set in rubles and determined by multiplying the Auction Winner's Maximum Bid (Best Bid) by a ruble equivalent of a conventional money unit.
7.2.5. Domain Name Price for non-residents
7.5.2.1. Domain Name Price for non-residents, who have chosen U.S. currency (dollar) to pay for services under the agreement, is set in U.S. dollars and determined by multiplying the Auction Winner's Maximum bid (Best Bid) by a dollar equivalent of a conventional money unit.
7.5.2.2. Domain Name Price for non-residents who have chosen Russian Federation currency (the ruble) to pay for services under the agreement, shall be set in rubles and determined by multiplying the Auction Winner's Maximum Bid (Best Bid) by a ruble equivalent of a conventional money unit.
7.6. Payment for domain name purchase
7.6.1. Payment for domain name purchase shall be made by the Auction Winner according to the invoice issued by the Organizer. The invoice shall be formed automatically. The original invoice shall be sent to the Auction Winner by mail to the address specified in the Auction Winner's agreement with the Organizer:
- to a legal entity or a sole trader (if a respective mark was made on the Contractor’s web-server in the “Manager your account” section) — no later than 3 (three) business days from the date of submitting a notice of it being the Auction Winner;
- to an individual, legal entity, or a sole trader if no mark was made in the Contractor’s web-server in the “Manage your account” section) – upon request. A copy of the invoice may be found on the Organizer's web-server www.nic.ru in the "Manage your account" section.
7.6.2. The Auction Winner shall pay for domain name purchase within 10 (ten) calendar days from the day when the Organizer submits a notice of it being the Auction Winner.
7.6.3. Payment methods
7.6.3.1. Payment according to the invoice issued by the Organizer
7.6.3.1.1. The Auction Winner may pay for a domain name according to the invoice issued by the Organizer. Payment shall be deemed completed when monetary funds reach the Organizer's settlement account, and the Organizer receives confirmation documents from the bank that identify the payment.
7.6.3.1.2. In the process of compiling payment documents, the Auction Winner shall make a reference to the invoice number and to the Service Agreement number with the Organizer in the "Payment purpose" section.
7.6.3.2. Payment by wiring funds to the Auction Winner's personal account Payment for the domain name purchase by wiring money to the Auction Winner's personal account shall be deemed completed, provided that the following conditions are met:
a) the Auction Winner has sufficient funds in its personal account to pay for the domain name purchase. The procedure for making a deposit to the personal account is described on the Organizer's web-server in the "Payment options" section.
b) The Auction Winner agrees to pay the digital invoice for the domain name purchase issued by the Organizer (consent for money debiting from its personal account). The Auction Winner shall provide its consent to pay the invoice on the auction.nic.ru web-server in the "My auctions" section.
7.6.4. After the Auction Winner pays for the domain name, the unused Deposit made by the Auction shall be released in the Auction Winner's personal account.
7.6.5. If the Auction Winner fails to pay for the domain name within the timeframe specified in Clause 7.6.2 of this Schedule, the Deposit shall be debited from the Auction Winner's personal account according to Clause 4.3.4 (c) hereof.
7.7. The Organizer shall transfer the amount received for domain name sale to the Seller, less the Organizer’s Fee and necessary taxes, no later than 10 (ten) business days from the date on which the Auction Winner performs payment obligations. Funds can be transferred to the Seller in one of the following ways:
a) by a wire transfer to the settlement account specified in the Seller's Letter in any bank, a resident of the Russian Federation;
b) by a wire transfer to the personal account of the Organizer specified by the Seller in the Agreement (having NIC-D index). The form of the Seller's application for wiring funds to its personal account shall be available on the Organizer's web-server at https://www.nic.ru/dns/contract/auct_draw_poruch.html.
7.8. The Organizer shall compile a report for the Seller and the Auction Winner no later than 10 (ten) business days from the date on which the Auction Winner fulfills its payment obligations. The documents shall be sent by mail to addresses specified in agreements with the Organizer. The documents to individuals shall be sent upon request.
7.9. Auction Winner's payment obligations for the domain name shall be deemed undischarged if, within the domain registration term, the Organizer makes a refund upon the request of the payment system through which the Auction Winner executed the domain name purchase. In this case, the Organizer shall be entitled to consider domain name transfer invalid from the date of the refund and may use the domain name as it sees fit.
8. EFFECTIVE TERM OF THIS SCHEDULE
8.1. The Organizer shall accept Letters from Sellers in accordance with this Schedule until September 10, 2016, inclusive. Letters received after September 10, 2016 shall not be accepted by the Organizer or deemed as grounds for provision of services to Sellers according to this Schedule. In accordance with the Organizer's instructions published on the Organizer's web-server https://www.nic.ru, the Seller may use these documents for receiving other services rendered by the Organizer.
8.2. Once the Organizer has performed its obligations in relation to Orders received prior to the date specified in Clause 8.1 hereof, this Schedule shall be terminated.
