The services ordered by the Partner in RU-CENTER for their clients will also be renewed by the Partner. The Renewal Service is rendered in favor of the Partner and is part of the Partner's contract (NIC-REG). The money is charged off from the Partner's Contract account.
RU-CENTER will submit a notification to the Partner for service renewal 2 months before its expiry. The notification will be sent to contact e-mal addresses given in the Partner's contract.
The Partner may renew the service in one of the following ways:
The renewal order may be generated by the Partner:
1. Confirm the necessity of service renewal.
In section "Manage your account → Services: Renew services"
In section "Manage your account → Services: My Domains → Renewal → Manual Renewal"
upon the request through http-gateway or by e-mail (query format is given in section "Manage your account → Partner: Communication with RU-CENTER service system"
2. Enable auto-prolongation option for the service.
The Partner may enable automatic prolongation option:
in section "Manage your account → Services: Review and update data"
in section "Manage your account → Services: My Domains → Renewal → Auto-prolongation"
in section "Manage your account → Services: My Domains → Bulk update for .RU, .SU domains"
by the query through http-gateway or e-mail (the query format is given in section "Manage your account → Partner: Communication with RU-CENTER service system"
The auto-prolongation option may be enabled for any services, except for hosting.
To pay for service renewal the Partner shall transfer the funds for service renewal to his NIC-REG Contract account
If auto-prolongation option has been enabled for the service, the service will be automatically renewed for a year 30 days before its expiry, provided there are sufficient funds on the Partner's Contract account. The Partner may cancel service renewal by disabling auto-prolongation option, no later than 30 days before service expiry.
If the Partner confirmed manual service renewal, the service will be prolonged immediately after confirmation of the renewal, provided there are sufficient funds on the Partner's Contract account. In this case the Partner may not cancel service renewal order.
Services become renewable not earlier than 60 days prior to their expiry date.
When making a client's form transfer from one partner-managed contract to another partner-managed contract, the services for this client will become renewable in a day after the transfer.
Specifics of domain registration renewal in gTLD and foreign ссTLD (.NET, .COM, .TEL, .TV,…)
Domain registration may be renewed in section at any time from the moment of registration of the domain up to service cancellation (before 30 days from registration term termination) for any period divisible by one year. Total registration term after renewal may not thereby exceed ten years.
If auto-prolongation option is enabled for the domain registration service in gTLD and foreign ссTLD, the service will be auto-prolonged on a yearly basis 30 days before its termination.
Services in section "Service Renewal" are sorted out by registration term (action) expiry date. Domain name in gTLD and foreign ссTLD, for which no renewal is required up to the present moment, is displayed in light grey color.
RU-CENTER will send a service renewal notification to the Partner two months (14 days for the hosting service) prior to the service expiry date. The notification is sent to the e-mal contact addresses specified in the Partner's contract.
