Site borders and elements
Website structure
To add elements and change their position, drag them to the desired area of the website page. If you want to make major changes, you need to understand how the site structure works.
Key website components
Each website page is divided into three components:
- Header — usually contains the header, site menu, logo, and buttons for feedback. Generally, the site header has the same content on all pages.
- Body — text, images and other content elements of a page.
- Footer — can contain the author's name, document date, contact and legal information. Typically, the footer of a website has the same content across all pages.
For ease of navigation, all website elements are listed in the right side menu of the builder.
You can change the visibility of the elements in the side menu.
Borders and blocks
All site elements are located inside the «Borders» element.
Border settings let you define alignment, position, distribution and visibility for all elements located within the borders.
Context menu and functions
Right-clicking on a free space or item will open a context menu.
This menu, apart from the straightforward functions, has the following options:
- «Select pattern» — bind the element to the new border;
- «Duplicate» — create a copy of the selected element and add it to the page;
- «Copy» — create a copy of the selected item and save it to the clipboard;
- «Paste» — add the clipboard contents to the page;
- «Lock» — restrict moving, resizing or changing the settings of the element in the working area. It appears when you click on an element or several elements;
- «Delete» — delete the element;
- «Visibility» - hide the element for certain devices (phone, tablet, desktop, wide screen).
