The required documents:
* if the authorities of the organization's executing body have been delegated to the managing company, the authorized person of the managing company has no right to sign domain transfer letter, if the domain is transferred to this authorized person (as per para. 3 art. 182 of the RF Civil Code).
** if the sole founder is a person, who coordinates the functions of the sole executive body of the organization, a copy of the resolution (minutes) would not be required.
*** if the organization is represented by a sole stockholder who also performs the functions of the sole executive body of the organization, a copy of the resolution (minutes) would not be required.
The letter may be signed by a person, other than the Entity's Director. Any such person's plenary powers are to be confirmed by a proxy, order or other document.
The letter should be supplemented with a Proxy or Order copy. The Proxy or Order must specify the following:Model Proxy forms:
for a domain ownership transfer (RTF) (Registrant replacement)
for a domain service transfer to another Registrar (RTF)
for a domain registration cancellation (RTF)
It shall not be permissible to transfer the domain ownership under a letter signed by the Domain Holder's Representative under a Proxy, if the domain ownership is transferred to the Representative her/himself (as per Part 3, Article 182, of the RF Civil Code).
RU-CENTER is entitled to request additional documents and notarized copies of documents to be submitted by the customer within the set timeframe.
The ownership transfer letter should be supplemented with a copy of the legal entity's registration certificate.
The required documents:
RU-CENTER reserves the right to request from the current registrant (managed company) additional documents, including notarized copies of documents, which the customer shall submit within a specified period.
