Urgent SMS Notifications of Settings Changes

Once you enable the option of Urgent SMS Notifications of Settings Changes, you will receive SMS notifications to the phone number specified in the settings about the following actions:

• changes to the list of DNS servers for the domain name;
• requests for a registrant change;
• requests for a registrar change;
• disabling a domain.

To configure and enable the option:

1. Select the Domains tab in the Active Services section on the main page of your user account:
2. Select a domain.
3. Go to Security tab.
4. Go to the option of Urgent SMS Notifications of Settings Changes and click on Settings
5. Specify the phone number for SMS notifications and enter the confirmation code sent to this number. Click on Done.
6. Then click on Save.

To disable the option:

1. Go to the Security tab on the domain page.
2. Click on the Settings link in the Urgent SMS notifications section.
3. Click on the Disable option link on the settings page.

To change the number for urgent SMS notifications:

1. Go to the Security tab on the domain page.
2. Click on the Settings link in the Urgent SMS notifications section.
3. Change the phone number, enter the confirmation code, and click on Done.
4. Click on Save, and SMS notifications will be further sent to the new number.
