1. Definitions

Contractor is Joint Stock Company "RU-CENTER".

Customer is an individual or a legal entity that submitted an order for the "Package" service to the Contractor.

Order (Application) is a request from the Customer to the Contractor, in a form determined by the Contractor, which contains all the data required for the provision of a service.

"Package" service is the Contractor's activity on providing the Customer with each and every service included into the “Package” service as mentioned in Addendum 1 to the Service Agreement ("List of Services" - "Packages" section) under the terms and conditions of this Schedule, as well as the ones published on the Contractor's web-site at https://www.nic.ru/dns/service/collections/.

Package (Package composition) is a set of the Contractor's services offered by the Contractor and agreed upon in Addendum 2 to the Service Agreement ("Pricing") and in Addendum 1 to this Schedule.

Each Package has its own name indicated in the Appendices to the Agreement. The Customer can make a personal choice of a Package out of the pre-determined list (see Addendum 2).

Package completion period is the time period during which the "Package" service conditions remain in effect. The completion period for "Package" service provided by the Contractor is stipulated in Addendum 1 for this Schedule. The services which are included into the Package but not received by the Customer due to limitations as set by corresponding service schedules can be changed by the Customer during the Package completion period. An order for a service to be provided instead of the non-received one which has been made during the Package completion period shall be executed under conditions of the “Package” service provision. Any other service may included in that type of Package be ordered instead of the one which has not been delivered under the “Package” service conditions. If domain registration service is not provided under conditions of the “Package” service, it is possible to order another domain name in the same domain of the same level.

Note. The definitions and the service provision order which are not defined herein shall be governed by the provisions for providing the services (included into the Package) which are published on the web-site at https://www.nic.ru/dns/contract-zao/en/

2. General Provisions

2.1. The Contractor shall act on the basis and in accordance with the terms and conditions of license No. 115466 dated 27.12.2011 issued by the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications to clear the provision of telematic services of telecommunications.

2.2. Submission of the Customer's Data for the Agreement

2.2.1. The Contractor shall provide services to persons that have entered into a Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”). The conclusion of the Agreement shall be preceded by the procedure the Customer's registration in the Contractor's database. The Customer shall be responsible for selecting and registering individual administrative and technical passwords during the registration in the Contractor's database, for assuring confidentiality, and for all actions that take place as a result of using the passwords.

2.2.2. All information provided by the Customer at the conclusion of the Agreement shall be true and up-to-date. Should the Customer fail to provide true information, the provision of services to the Customer may be terminated.

2.2.3. If the Contractor doubts that the information provided by the Customer is true and up-to-date, the Contractor may request additional information and/or confirmation of the already provided information during the entire term of the provision of services. Such requests shall be sent to the Customer over the standard communication channel.

2.2.4. If the Customer fails to support the previously provided information and/or provide any requested additional information within the period specified by the Contractor in the request, the Contractor may:

  • reject the Customer's request for a new service;
  • suspend the provision of services to the Customer;
  • reject the Customer's request for renewal of the service.

All the above restrictions may be lifted within three (3) working days from the day the Customer submits the requested information.

If the Customer fails to provide any requested information within thirty (30) calendar days from the day the Contractor has sent the first request, the provision of services to the Customer may be terminated.

2.3. The ordering of a service indicates the Customer's agreement to pay for the service at the prices effective as of the date of the Order execution commencement.

2.4. RU-CENTER shall not be liable for the procedure used by the Customer at using domain names registered during provision of "Package" service, as well as for the content of information resources to the addresses of which the requests are re-directed to at providing the services which are a part of the “Package” service.

2.5. The Customer fully and unconditionally agrees that the Contractor may at any time, at its own discretion, change the Package composition specified in Addendum 1 to this Schedule.

2.6. The Customer will be notified of such changes using the procedure set forth in clauses 2.4.–2.8. of the Service Agreement.

2.7. If the Customer has an Order that is not ready for implementation and for which the “Package” service is not provided anymore, the Contractor may cancel such order after notifying the Customer over the standard communication channel.

3. Terms & Conditions for Providing the Service

3.1. The Contractor (RU-CENTER) shall provide the "Package" service after getting a ready-for-implementation Order on providing the service from the Customer in accordance with i.4.2 hereof.

3.2. The "Package" service is considered to be provided to the Customer from the moment the Contractor receives a ready-for-implementation Order on the "Package" service. The Contractor shall duly notify the Customer over the standard communication channel.

3.3. The date for provision of the service to the Customer as a part of the Package shall be considered the date of its actual provision to the Customer in accordance with the definition for the mentioned service in the respective Schedule (according to Addendum 1 "List of services" to the Service Agreement). RU-CENTER shall inform the Customer on the fact of provision of such service and indicate the date when the service has been provided over the standard communication channel.

3.4. Possibility for getting any service included into the Package selected by the Customer is limited by regulations as set forth by the Schedule for such service.

3.5. During the period of the "Package" order formation only, the Customer is entitled to send unlimited number of requests to the Contractor's website in order get services included into the Package until he gets the mentioned services. Requests to RU-CENTER resource shall be sent by the Customer in accordance with clause 4.3 of this Schedule.

3.6. The Contractor is entitled to inform the Customer (by sending e-mails to the contact addresses indicated in the Agreement) on the current status of the Order on "Package" service, including the information on the services which are a part of the Package, but have not been delivered as of the moment.

3.7. After any service included into the Package has been provided to the Customer, the latter shall be subject to provisions of a corresponding document (Service Delivery Schedule to the Service Agreement, list of RU-CENTER services). 3.8. Upon expiration of Package completion period, RU-CENTER shall terminate the Customer's access to the Contractor's website for getting the services included into the Package. Should the Customer has not been provided with any service included into the Package during the period of its formation, the monetary assets for the "Package" service provided by RU-CENTER will not be returned.

4. Service Order

4.1. An order for the "Package" service shall be deemed ready for implementation and its implementation shall begin provided that the Customer's personal Account has enough funds to pay for the service. If the Order for the "Package" services is not ready for implementation within 3 (three) months, it shall be cancelled by the Contractor.

4.2. The order shall be sent by the Customer to the Contractor's website at https://www.nic.ru, "Manage your account" section in the procedure established by Schedules for corresponding services published on RU-CENTER site at https://www.nic.ru/dns/contract-zao/.

4.3. Order implementation procedure

4.3.1. Orders for any new services, including the "Package" service, shall be implemented by the Contractor on the first-in basis. The sequence of new orders implementation can be changed on RU-CENTER web-server at https://www.nic.ru in "Manage your account" section (link "Orders" → "Processing queue, order removal").

4.3.2. Orders for renewal of services to the Customer have higher priority as compared to the orders for new services.

4.4. The Customer has the right to cancel the Order for the "Package" service prior to its implementation commencement. The Order can be cancelled by the Customer on RU-CENTER web server at https://www.nic.ru in section "Manage your account" (link "Orders" → "Processing queue, order removal").

5. Service Renewal

5.1. The Contractor does not renew the "Package" service.

5.2. Renewal of each service as a part of the Package which has been received by the Customer shall be exercised in accordance with the Schedule for each specific service provided to the Customer (according to Addendum 1 to the Service Agreements ("List of services").

6. Service Payment

6.1. Fees for the «Package» service are specified in Addendum 2 to the Service Agreement ("Pricing")  and in Addendum 1 to this Schedule.

6.2. Other payment, billing, invoicing matters are regulated by Addendum 4 to the Service Agreement.
