Partner — a person or a legal entity that has signed a Multiple Services Contract (index NIC-REG) and applied to the Contractor for a Landrush or General Availability service under New gTLD Program.
Customer — Contractor’s Partner that applied to the Contractor for a Landrush or General Availability service under New gTLD Program.
Contractor — Joint Stock Company "Regional Network Information Center", acting as the Registrar.
Applicant — an individual or legal entity, who applied to the Contractor for the Landrush or General Availability domain names registration under New gTLD Program.
Preorder — a Customer's address to the Contractor in the format established by the Contractor containing all necessary data for domain name registration.
gTLD Administrator — an entity which is authorized by ICANN to manage domains in the international top-level domain and to develop any relevant registration, delegation and functionality terms and conditions in gTLD.
Registry — the central database of a corresponding gTLD, which contains information about registered domain names and corresponding DNS servers, as well as other information required for the registration and delegation of domains.
Registry Operator — the legal entity responsible for the operation of Registry and providing access to the Registry for Registrars so that they can provide second-level domain name registration services.
ICANN — the corporation that holds authority for the allocation of domain names and numbers, exercises general control over the system of domain names and the space of IP addresses, including the development of rules, and ensures the efficient operation of root servers.
Registrar — any legal entity accredited by ICANN or another authorized party including gTLD Administrator to provide domain name registration services and deliver required information to the Registry.
Registrant - the person, in whose name the domain name is registered. Registrant defines the rules for using the domain name, bears responsibility for registration payments and renewals as well as for the selection of the domain name, and is liable for any violation of third parties' rights associated with the selection and use of the domain name. Cancellation of registration (domain name release) means removal of the information on a domain name and its Registrant from the Registry.
Domain Name Registration (General Availability) under New gTLD Program — entry of corresponding domain name record into the Registry under the policies, established by the gTLD Administrator and corresponding Registry Operator. A domain name is considered registered from the moment the information is entered into the Registry.
New gTLD domains Landrush registration — a service delivered by the Contractor to the Customer consisting of two parts:
New gTLDs — new areas of the Internet hierarchical name space allocated by ICANN under New gTLD Program. In the Domain Name System (DNS) it is the highest hierarchy level of the hierarchy after the root.
Claim — domain name that is subjected to claiming. Domain name is subjected to claiming (claim), if at the moment of submitting a Landrush or General Availability application for domain name there is already a Domain Name Label which fully matches the specified domain name.
Domain Name Label — Trademark spelling in the character sequence confirmed by TMCH. For every Trademark several possible label spellings are available. All Labels are listed in the SMD file details.
Trademark is an image used for individualization of goods, performed work or provided services by legal entities or individuals, registered as a trademark under the applicable national or regional (i.e. multinational) legislation in federal executive authority for intellectual property or main register of the appropriate jurisdiction.
Claims Notice – mandatory notification of the Applicant by the Contractor to the effect that the domain name for which the order has been submitted shall be deemed as the claim. This Notification contains information about trademark and its owner. Claims notice is submitted in electronic form by the Contractor to the e-mail address specified by the Customer during registration on the Contractor's web server. This notification contains information that the domain name assumed for registration matches at least one trademark included into TMCH.
Funds Allocation (on Customer's personal account) - reservation of a sum of money on the Customer's personal account for its further withdrawal for delivery of the domain registration service. Money that is allocated for a service cannot be used to pay for other services.
2.1. This Schedule sets forth the conditions for providing the New gTLD second-level domain Landrush or General Availability registration service.
2.2. The Contractor is a Registrar accredited by ICANN and other authorized entities, including New gTLD Administrators under New gTLD Program, to provide Landrush or General Availability domain registration service. The Contractor performs registration of domain names:
2.3. In any respects, which have not been regulated hereunder, the Contractor and the Customer shall be governed by the below documents:
2.4. A new gTLD domain Landrush or General Availability registration order serves Customer's and Applicant's full and unconditional consent with the terms of this Schedule and the procedure of its modification.
2.5. The service order serves Customer's and Applicant's full and unconditional consent with the terms of the Rules and Policies of the corresponding gTLD Administrator that are available on the web server of the gTLD Administrator at: http://www.donuts.co/. Relations between the Customer and persons listed in the Order are regulated by an agreement between them.
2.6. The service order serves Customer's consent to pay for the service at the prices valid on the date the order execution is started. The Contractor shall not be responsible for the actions of Registry Operator or gTLD Administrator resulting in rejection of domain name registration, for fraudulent domain name registration by third parties and for infringement of third parties. rights related to the choice and registration of a domain name. After the registration of domain names, the Applicant is solely responsible for the choice of a domain name and for potential infringement of third parties. rights related to the choice and registration of a domain name, and bears all risks associated with such infringement. The Customer shall indemnify the Contractor from any liability related to potential claims from third parties.
2.7. The Customer agrees that any information the Customer provides by filling in applications and other documents, including those in an electronic form, under sections of these documents marked as "open", will be placed by the Contractor on the search engines and will be open to the general public. A list of the information that will be made public and information that may be made public with the Customer's consent is available on the Contractor's website. If the Customer provides false information, the registration of the domain name may be canceled.
2.8. A service is provided to the Customer based on the Agreement with the Contractor as long as there is an Order for the service and all the relevant requirements of this Schedule are met.
2.9. Changes into this Schedule regarding introduction of new and (or) additional services take effect from their publishing on the Contractor's web server.
3. Terms and Procedure of Service Delivery
3.1. The Contractor shall deliver Landrush or General Availability service solely with respect to domain names under New gTLD program. The list of domain names covered by Landrush and/or General Availability phase is given in Addendum 1 to Schedule 1/30-1: https://www.nic.ru/dns/reglaments/tariff_ntld.html
3.1.1. The Contractor shall deliver Landrush registration service, provided the following conditions are met:
а) The Customer has on his/her personal account a sufficient amount to pay for the application for the Landrush registration service for second-level domain name and cover the registration service; The procedure of crediting personal account is described on the Contractor's web server (in "Pricing" section);
b) The Customer generated Order for Landrush registration service for the second-level domain name under New gTLD Program on the Contractor's web server;
c) the terms listed in subparagraphs hereinabove shall be met by the start of the Landrush registration period in TLD under New gTLD Program specified in subparagraph d) hereinbelow.

Landrush registration period amounts to 7 (seven) calendar days from the Landrush registration starting moment. Upon expiry of the specified period the Contractor starts delivering the domain names registration service under New gTLD Program for anyone to register. In this case the Landrush period includes five stages allowing registration on Landrush terms:
stage 1 — 1st day from the Landrush starting date;
stage 2 — 2nd day from the Landrush starting date;
stage 3 — 3rd day from the Landrush starting date;
stage 4 — 4th day from the Landrush starting date;
stage 5 — 5th-7th day from the Landrush starting date;
3.1.2. The Contractor shall deliver General Availability registration service, provided the following conditions are met:
a) The Customer has on his/her personal account a sufficient amount to cover the second-level domain registration service;
b) The Customer generated on the Contractor's web server the Order for General Availability registration service for the second-level domain name under New gTLD Program;
c) the terms listed in subparagraphs hereinabove shall be met by the start of the General Availability registration period in TLD under New gTLD Program.

3.1.3. If upon fulfillment of all the terms specified in para 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 hereinabove the corresponding Registry will contain information that the ordered domain name is considered to be a claim, the Applicant will e-mail to the Customer a Notification about such a claim. The Customer shall provide a prior acknowledgment that he/she agrees to submit Order for such domain name for the Landrush or General Availability period under New gTLD Program.
3.1.4. Landrush or General Availability service may not be delivered by the Contractor and the domain name may not be registered in the following cases:
a) the Contractor's application in the Registry for domain name registration under New gTLD Program was not a single one among those submitted by other Registrars;
b) if the domain name is subject to claiming (claim) and the Contractor has not received any additional acknowledgment from the Applicant for the Order;
c) if the pre-order was submitted for the domain name on the terms specified in Schedule 1/11-8 and such order was fully paid by the start of Landrush or General Availability period;
d) in other cases likely to cause third parties' rights violation as deemed by the Contractor;
e) if domain name registration is in contradiction of the Terms and Conditions for Domain Names Registration established by the TLD Administrator.
3.2. Requirements for second-level domain names in SINGLES, GURU, CLOTHING, BIKE, PLUMBING, VENTURES, HOLDINGS, CAMERA, EQUIPMENT, ESTATE, GALLERY, GRAPHICS, LIGHTING, PHOTOGRAPHY, CONTRACTORS, CONSTRUCTION, LAND, TECHNOLOGY, DIRECTORY, TODAY, KITCHEN, DIAMONDS, ENTERPRISES, TIPS, VOYAGE, CAREERS, PHOTOS, RECIPES, SHOES, LIMO, DOMAINS, CAB, COMPANY TLDs whereby the order for Landrush or General Availability domain name registration may be processed and service-provided:
a) the name shall consist exclusively of the letters A-Z (case insensitive), numbers 0-9 and hyphens;
b) the name cannot begin or end with a hyphen;
c) the name may not contain hyphens as its third or fourth characters;
d) the name cannot include more than 63 characters (aside from the top level domain extension);
3.3. New gTLD domain name Landrush or General Availability registration applications submitted by the Customer as part of the Landrush or General Availability service delivery will be accepted until the end of the appropriate period in the Registry and will be submitted to the Registry at the starting moment of this registration period. Should the Registry accept Contractor's application for domain name registration earlier than the applications for such domain name registration accepted from other registrars, such domain name will be registered.
3.4. Domain names within the Landrush or General Availability registration phase under New gTLD Program have 1-year registration period. Upon expiry of the specified period the domain name registration term may be renewed. Maximum registration term amounts to 10 years maximum, starting from the date of initial domain registration.
3.5. The Landrush or General Availability registration service under New gTLD Program shall be deemed provided from the moment the domain and its Registrant's details are entered into the Registry for the name of the person listed in the respective Order. From the specified moment the person listed in the respective Order shall be deemed to have Registrant's status.
4.1. Landrush fee for domain name registration under New gTLD Program is given in Pricing (Addendum 1 to Schedule 1/30-1 and Addendum 2 to the Multiple Services Contract) and consists of:
4.1.1. gTLD domain name Landrush registration application submission fee;
The application fee depends on a particular Landrush stage specified in para 3.1.1 d) hereinabove and is specified in Addendum 1 to Schedule 1/30-1 and Addendum 2 to the Multiple Services Contract.
4.1.2 Second-level domain name registration fee in gTLD. Payment for domain name registration shall be in parallel with that of the Landrush fee for second-level domain name registration in gTLD.
4.2. General Availability fee for domain name registration under New gTLD Program is given in Pricing (Addendum 1 to Schedule 1/30-1 and Addendum 2 to the Multiple Services Contract) and is equal to second-level domain registration fee in the appropriate gTLD for one year.
4.3 Paid Order for Landrush or General Availability domain name registration under New gTLD Program will be submitted to gTLD Administrator for processing at the moment of:
a) start of specific stage of Landrush registration specified in 3.1.1 d) hereinabove.
b) start of General Availability stage (registration for anyone) specified in item 3.1.2
c) hereinabove.
4.4. The Contractor provides the Customer with the Landrush or General Availability registration service after preliminary allocation of funds on the Customer's Personal account. Money that is allocated for a service cannot be used to pay for other services.
5. Order Execution
5.1. The service order is made by the Customer on the Contractor's web server in "Manage your account" panel.
5.2. An Order is considered ready for processing and starts processing, if the Customer has on its Account the funds sufficient to cover all services listed in the Order.
5.3. The Customer may cancel the order for the service upon his own initiative prior to the beginning of order implementation.
5.4. Landrush orders for domain name registration under New gTLD Program have a higher priority than General Availability Orders under New gTLD Program.
5.5. Earlier Landrush orders have a priority in execution to later Landrush orders. The Order that has been generated by the Customer at an earlier stage of the Landrush period is subject to processing by the Contractor.
5.6. Orders submitted on pre-order terms under the procedure defined by Schedule 1/11-8 and fully paid at the moment of orders acceptance at a certain Landrush period or at the moment of General Availability orders acceptance have a higher priority in execution.
5.7. Any unpaid Orders for Landrush or General Availability services under New gTLD Program by the start of a certain registration stage in the Registry will be canceled.
5.8. Any unpaid Orders for a particular Landrush or General Availability period under New gTLD Program will be canceled by the Contractor in the event of submission of a paid Order for this Landrush or General Availability period under New gTLD Program.
