Is it obligatory to sign all the addenda to the agreement (schedules)?

No. Signing of the addenda to the agreement is optional for the Customer. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the addenda are subject to change. The current versions are published on the RU-CENTER website in the "Contract" section.
