Online transfer of domains and services between agreements
Transfer of domains and additional services (hosting, DNS hosting, etc.) according to these instructions is possible only if the personal data in both agreements matches - both agreements must be in the name of the same entity.
To transfer gTLDs and ccTLDs (.net, .com, .tel, .tv, .cc, etc.) it is necessary to match the value in the Registrant email field in Whois-contacts on both agreements. If the agreement to which the domain will be transferred does not contain a Whois contact, it must be created.
To transfer services between agreements:
- Sign in to your profile using your agreement number and password.
- Select Operations → Domain Transfer.
- On the page that opens, select Account-to-Account. If you need to transfer several domains to another agreement, use the Bulk Domain Transfer option.
- In the field, specify the domain or service ID, click the Continue button.
- Specify the number of the agreement to which you are transferring the domain, and the password. Click the Transfer button.
The order will be completed within 2 business days. A notification about the completion of the domain transfer will be sent to the contact e-mail of the registrant.
Special cases
Transfer of additional service domains from a direct agreement to a form under management (without changing the registrant) is possible only by an official letter to Rucenter.
