Transfer of domains and services between agreements via request

Transfer of domains and additional services (hosting, DNS hosting, etc.) according to these instructions is possible only if the data in both agreements matches - both agreements must be in the name of the same entity.

To transfer a domain and additional services from one agreement to another, you must submit a request to Rucenter:

The information specified in the request must match the information available in the Rucenter database.

A copy of the individual's passport (pages 2-3, 5) must be attached to a letter from an individual or individual entrepreneur. If the passport data is not up to date, a letter about the change of data must be attached to the request with a copy of the passport.

Copies of letters can be sent as an authorized request.

Rucenter reserves the right to request additional documents and information, including photographs confirming the will of the customer under the agreement and/or their identity.
