The Rules of "Personal ME" Special Offer for NIC-D Agreements

6.1. The request shall be submitted from 01 April, 2013 (from 00:00 p.m. MSK) till 30 June, 2013 (until 11:59 p.m. MSK).

6.2. Any orders unexecuted before 30 June, 2013 (11.59 p.m. MSK) will be paid according to the prices valid on 01 July, 2013.

6.3. The request shall be submitted for an available .МЕ domain for a period of 1 year.

6.4. .МЕ domain registration request shall be first-to-serve. If you have two or more requests, you may prioritize the request in "Manage your account" → "Orders" → "Processing queue, order removal".

In case of pending service renewal orders, the latter have priority in execution.
You may cancel services renewal in "Manage your account" panel → "Services" → "Renew services" prior to the moment of these services delivery.

6.5. A customer wishing to register a .ME domain at a special price effective during the Offer period shall have enough funds on the Personal Account to cover the service.

You can transfer the funds to the Personal Account of your agreement in advance using any available option

6.6. If you submitted two or more .ME registration requests in a period before 01 April, 2013 and the amount required to cover at least one request will be transferred to your Personal Account before 01 April, 2013, this request will be charged according to the prices valid until 01 April, 2013.

6.7. The Offer does not apply to:

• .ME domains registration for a period of more than 1 year;
• .ME domains renewal;
• .МЕ domains transferred from other registrars;
• domains registration and renewal in other TLDs;
