1. Special offer "DNS Prices Cut in Half" (the "Offer") is held by RU-CENTER.
2. The Offer covers DNS-master and Secondary services.
3. Offer Period: December 10, 2013 — December 30, 2013 (until 11:59 p.m. MSK inclusive).
4. The Offer is available for partners who have signed a NIC-REG agreement with RU-CENTER.
5. For the Offer period the Pricing schedule will be modified:
5.1. Price of all standard plans for orders and renewals of DNS-master and Secondary services under tariff rates 1, 2, 3, 4 will be equal to the price under tariff rate 5 (including VAT).
5.2. Price for orders and renewals of DNS-master and Secondary services under tariff rate 5 remains unchanged.
5.3. The cost of plan change for DNS-master and Secondary services is calculated pursuant to the DNS Servers Service Schedule with taking into account prices in effect during the Offer period.
6. If a request for DNS-master and Secondary services is received after 11:59 p.m. MSK on December 30, 2013, such services shall be paid according to the standard price valid on December 31, 2013.
7. To participate in the Offer, the Offer participant has to order DNS-master or Secondary service with any plan in the "Manage your account" section on the Contractor's web server.
8. Service orders during the Offer period shall meet the following requirements:
8.1. Service order shall be submitted during the period from December 10, 2013 (from Midnight MSK) until December 30, 2013 (until 11:59 p.m. MSK).
8.2. Any orders unexecuted by December 30, 2013, 11:59 p.m. MSK, will be paid according to the prices valid on December 31, 2013.
8.3. Order of DNS-master or Secondary service shall be first-to-serve. If you have two or more orders, you may prioritize the order in "Manage your account" → "Orders" → "Processing queue, order removal".
In case of pending service renewal orders, the latter have priority in execution.
You may cancel services renewal in "Manage your account" panel → "Services" → "Renew services" prior to the moment of these services delivery.
8.4. Offer participant wishing to order DNS-master or Secondary service at a special price effective during the Offer period shall have enough funds on the Personal Account to cover the service.
You can transfer the funds to the Personal Account of your agreement using hany available option.
9. Using the Offer means that the participant fully agrees with these Rules and with terms of the DNS Servers Service Schedule (Schedule 1/25).
10. RU-CENTER shall be entitled to introduce modifications into these Rules. Any modifications become effective since they are published on RU-CENTER web server (https://www.nic.ru/).
