Transferring a Domain Between DNS Hosting Services
A DNS zone can be transferred only between services within the same contract.
To transfer a domain zone to another DNS hosting service, go to the DNS Hosting section in your personal account.
Then:
1. On the page that opens, select the DNS hosting service where your domain zone is currently hosted (in our example, “domain.ru”), and then click Manage Zones.
2. Hover the cursor over the required domain name and select Transfer to another service.
3. If your contract includes an additional DNS hosting service, a window will open where you can choose the service to which the zone will be transferred.
Select the target service by checking the box next to it, and then click Transfer:
After that, you will receive a message confirming that the zone has been successfully transferred.
