Who administers the dedicated server?

After server installation is complete, we will send all server management access details to your contact email. You become a full-fledged dedicated server administrator with no access restrictions.

Server administration requires specialized knowledge and skills. If you are new to server setup, we recommend contacting specialists in this field.

We provide technical support for your server and are responsible for its functionality. We can help you resolve the following issues:

• functionality of server components (drives, RAM, processors, and other hardware);
• functionality of the server's network interfaces and IPMI module;
• server availability/unavailability over the network;
• unexpected reboots, server shutdowns,
• and external connections.
