WinMTR — Network Diagnostics
The WinMTR utility allows you to:
- display the route used to transmit traffic from your computer to the target host;
- identify network nodes where latency or packet loss occurs.
You can download the latest version here:

The report contains the following fields:
- Hostname — the IP address or domain name of the node. The value “No response from host” may indicate that ICMP packets are blocked on that node.
- Nr — hop number in the route;
- Loss % — percentage of lost replies from that node;
- Sent — number of probes sent to the node;
- Recv — number of replies received from the node;
- Best — minimum (best) latency in milliseconds;
- Avrg — average latency;
- Worst — maximum (worst) latency;
- Last — latency of the last received packet.
Send the exported report file to technical support. In your message, include your external IP address (you can find it at https://ip.nic.ru/).
