How to Properly Activate Windows Server
Windows Server activation keys are available in the DVD tab of the service control panel.
The Windows Server 2012 product key is entered during installation. No additional activation is required.
If you installed Windows Server 2008, additional activation is required. If you encounter errors during Windows Server 2008 activation, we recommend:
- ensuring that the primary DNS server is set to 185.26.112.10
- running the following command in a command prompt launched with administrator privileges:
slmgr -skms kms.vps.nic.ru
