1. "Money-Saving October" Special Offer is held by Joint Stock Company "Regional Network Information Center" ("RU-CENTER").
2. The Special Offer applies to .CLUB domain name registration for 1 (one) year.
3. Offer Period: from 12.00 a.m. MSK on October 1, 2015 to 11.59 p.m. MSK on November 1, 2015 inclusive.
4. The Offer is available to RU-CENTER customers who have signed a NIC-D or NIC-REG agreement and have chosen to pay in rubles or U.S. dollars.
5. During the Offer period, the registration fee for one .CLUB domain name will amount to RUB 195/USD 2.99 (one hundred ninety-five rubles /two dollars ninety-nine cents).
6. If a .CLUB registration order is received after 11.59 p.m. MSK on November 1, 2015, such domain name registration is payable according to the price valid on the day the order is ready for processing.

8. Orders for registration of .CLUB domain names during the Offer period shall meet the following requirements:
8.1. The service order shall be ready for processing from October 1, 2015 (from 12.00 a.m. MSK) to November 1, 2015 (until 11.59 p.m. MSK inclusive).
8.2. Any orders not processed by November 1, 2015 (by 11.59 p.m. MSK inclusive) are payable according to the price valid on the day the orders are ready for processing.
8.3.The order for domain name registration in .CLUB shall be made for an available second-level .CLUB domain name for a period of 1 (one) year.
8.4. .CLUB domain registration order shall be first-to-serve. When there are several orders, the sequence in which they are processed can be changed on RU-CENTER's web server in "Manage your account" → "Orders" → "Processing queue, order removal".
In case of pending service renewal orders, the latter have priority in execution.
Service renewal can be canceled on RU-CENTER's web server in "Manage your account" → "Services" → "Renew services" prior to the moment of the service delivery.
8.5. To order a .CLUB domain at a special price effective during the Offer period, the Offer participant shall have enough funds on the personal account to pay for the service at a price effective during the Offer period.
Money can be transferred to the participant's personal account using any available option listed on RU-CENTER's web server (www.nic.ru).
8.6. If there are several .CLUB registration orders submitted before September 30, 2015 (by 11.59 MSK) and the amount sufficient to pay for at least one order is transferred to the Offer Participant's personal account by October 1, 2015 (until 12.00 a.m. MSK), this order will be charged according to the prices effective prior to October 1, 2015 (until 11.59 p.m. MSK).
9. By using the Offer the Participant fully agrees with these Rules and with the terms of Schedule 1/30-2 (Landrush and General Availability Registration Schedule Under New gTLD Program).
10. RU-CENTER is entitled to modify these Rules at any time. These changes shall become effective after they are published on RU-CENTER's web server (www.nic.ru).
