You can connect via SSH using a program like PuTTY.
Connection credentials are sent to your contact email after activation. If you lost the email, reset the root password in the control panel.

The username is shown in the User (Пользователь) field (e.g., VPS\vm-user-29623).
The username is generated automatically and cannot be changed. It consists of:
domain name: VPS
unique identifier: vm-user-29623
On Windows Server 2012, direct RDP access is configured automatically. Connection credentials are sent via email after activation. If you lost the email, reset the root password in the control panel.
Recommended RDP Clients:
• Windows (XP–10) — Remote Desktop Connection (built-in)
• macOS — Microsoft Remote Desktop
• Linux — FreeRDP or Remmina
• iOS — Microsoft Remote Desktop
• Android — Microsoft Remote Desktop
The virtual console is intended for technical access. For full remote desktop use, configure direct RDP access to the server as per the guide.
You can access the ispmanager control panel at: https://IP_address:1500/ispmgr
Login credentials for ispmanager and SSH are sent to your contact email after activation. If you lost the email, use the root user to log in.
